You receive your zone, gate number, and pickup time by email and SMS.

Meet at the gate

Arrive 30 minutes early, meet your guide, and enter as the forest opens.

Gypsy or Canter — the difference is the zone rotation.

Every vehicle is assigned to a single zone for the full safari. A Gypsy moves faster and quieter; a Canter costs less per seat and suits larger groups.

Zones are allotted by the forest department at the time of booking, not chosen freely on the day. Here's the general character of each.

Frequently asked questions.

How far in advance should I book?
Forest permits are limited per zone per slot and sell out during peak season (Nov–Feb). We recommend booking at least 60 days ahead where possible.
Can I choose my zone?
You can state a preference, but final zone allotment follows the forest department's system at the time the permit is confirmed.
Is the park open year-round?
The park closes for the monsoon, typically July through September. Safaris run October through June.
What's included in the price?
Vehicle hire, guide fee, and forest entry permit. Camera fees and hotel pickup are quoted separately at checkout.
What's your cancellation policy?
Forest permits are non-refundable once issued. Requests cancelled before permit confirmation are refunded in full.
